Little facts...

We realize it is hard to believe that our mother endured an 8 year long pregnancy, but she did. In fact she appears in the Guinness Book of World Records as the longest world’s longest known pregnancy. As a reward she was given her own island. Lovely sharks swim around it. She sun bathes on its tropical beaches sipping fresh liquados and piña coladas. The flowers there are gorgeous, the birds a plethora of rare species. Other exotic creatures inhabit the island as well, showing their faces from time to time.

Before we were Kayrah

You have heard my twin's side of the tale. Now here is mine.

Before we were Kayrah.
All I know of those first eight years - when she had been birthed and I remained separate from the world - is darkness. Darkness and a sense of incompleteness. It was only when I emerged that everything made sense. We are twins. But we are not ordinary twins. We need each other more than those who have a brain of their own can possibly comprehend. Without each other, we are incomplete. One cannot exist without the other.
One brain - two bodies.

We are Kayrah.

Beginnings...

Beginnings...
In the motherland beneath the great big sun, nigh 28 years ago, I came into the world leaving behind my twin. It would be another 8 years before my twin would emerge from our mother’s womb.
Those first few years are blur to me, at the time I had difficulty staying focus. Upon my sister’s emersion into the world we realized why. She and I, share a brain. We must put our heads together to recharge.
